About me
I am a young winemaker in the Bündner Herrschaft. My passion lies with the Completer, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties. Fascinated by the region, the terroir and the people, I have put down roots here in the Bündner Herrschaft.
Philosophy
For me, the grape variety and the terroir are central. The result is authentic wines with a distinct sense of their origins – wines characterised by freshness, depth and intensity. I regard craftsmanship and a dedication to the vines and the soils in which they are rooted as the key to quality.
