About me
I am a young winemaker in the Bündner Herrschaft. My passion lies with the Completer, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties. Fascinated by the region, the terroir and the people, I have put down roots here in the Bündner Herrschaft.
Philosophy
Bei mir steht die Rebsorte und die Herkunft im Vordergrund. Es entstehen authentische Weine mit spürbarer Herkunft. Weine mit mit Frische, Tiefe und Druck. Ich sehe Handarbeit und die Hingabe zu den Reben und den Böden, auf denen sie verwurzelt sind, als das Schlüsselelement für Qualität.
